Fabled Leaf Ventures, LLC does not prepare food and is not responsible for any food allergies, illnesses, or other issues arising from the consumption of food ordered through the Service.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Fabled Leaf Ventures, LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be exclusively brought in the state or federal courts located in Baird, Texas.
